NurtureAbility is a SEND & Inclusion Centre built around one idea: every child's ability, not their diagnosis, is the starting point. We work alongside families and schools to identify needs early, and to turn them into practical plans.
NurtureAbility gives children with additional needs—and the families and schools supporting them—a service built specifically for this work, rather than one bolted onto a mainstream classroom.
Every child receives a 1:1 support plan, shaped through the four-stage Assess, Plan, Do and Review cycle - not a generic package.
The graduated approach, done properly
Every child moves through the same four-stage cycle — the standard SEND graduated approach — so nothing is guessed and nothing is missed. The child remains at the centre at every stage.
Assess — Observe and gather input from the family and school.
Plan — Agree clear, realistic targets in an individual plan.
Do — Deliver sessions, coaching and classroom support.
Review — Check progress and refine the plan.
